Welcome to our non-profit family! Here, your passion meets our dedication in making a significant difference, and together, we create a brighter future for communities in need. We are on a mission for continued growth. Our goal is to open a transitional living facility that will allow mom’s and their babies ( up to 5 years old) to live in a supportive environment for up to 2 years while having access to tools that will support independence. Here, our families will attend monthly empowerment workshops and be connected with a case manager that will help them identify and attain goals that will impact overall family wellness. In celebration of their growth families will be provided with various incentives including diapers, toiletries, clothing, books, and more.
